Amy Lee Annis, 45, of Russellville, passed away Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Logan Memorial Hospital. She was a Clifton, Ill. native born Oct. 15, 1973 to David D. Annis and Patricia Annis. She worked as a dispatcher in Russellville and was a member of Center Baptist Church.
She is survived by her mother, Pat Annis of Russellville; her sons, Clayton Woodward and Kainin Thomas, both of Russellville; her daughter, Kya Thomas of Russellville; her sister, Cathy Bromlow of Russellville;
Memorial Services for Amy Lee Annis will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 5, at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Will Sandlin officiating. Visitation at the funeral home will be held on Wednesday from noon until the service hour.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
