Connie Lynn Kennedy Harris, 53, of Morgantown Road, Russellville, passed away Saturday, July 5, 2014 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green.She was a Logan County native, born March 4, 1961 to the late Paul Lee Kennedy and Mary Ruth Ipox Kennedy. She worked at Electrolux and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
She is survived by her sons ~ Robbie Harris, Jackie Harris and Timmy Dotson~ all of Russellville; her daughters ~ Sally Harris and Kathryn Long ~ all of Russellville; her brothers ~ Stanley Kennedy and Doug Kennedy ~ both of Russellville and Clifford Kennedy ~ Elkton; her sister ~ Mary Joyce Morgan ~ Calvert City; and 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her brother, Goodie Kennedy.
Funeral services for Connie Lynn Kennedy Harris will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 8, at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Tom Morgan and Alvin Frogue officiating, with burial to follow in the Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be held Monday, July 7, from 5-8 p.m. and after 8 a.m. on Tuesday until the funeral hour of 1 p.m.
Pallbearers: Robbie Harris, Jackie Harris, Daniel Sanford, Doug Kennedy, Thomas Long, Stanley Kennedy and Clifford Kennedy.
Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to the Logan County Humane Society. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
