Juanita Pearl Elkins, 74, of Russellville, died on Monday, July 1, 2019, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green. She was born Tuesday, Sept. 26, 1944 in Dunmor, the daughter of the late Dallas Joines and the late Ola Mayes Joines. She was the wife of Earl Elkins of Russellville, who survives. She was a homemaker.
Surviving are her daughter, Sandra Foster (Michael) of Lewisburg; her grandchildren, David Foster of Auburn and Kaitlyn Foster of Lewisburg; her brother, James Joines of Russellville; her sister, Martha Lear of Russellville; and a half-brother, Freddie Jenkins of Lewisburg.
A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at Price Funeral Home, Inc., located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, with Warren David Wright officiating. Interment will be in Cliff Hill Cemetery in Todd County.
The family will receive friends after 5 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2, at Price Funeral Home.
