Raymond C. McElwain, 75, of Toledo, Ohio died on Saturday, Aug. 9, 2014, at Promedica Ebeid Hospice in Sylvania, Ohio. He was born Wednesday, March 15, 1939 in Toledo, the son of the late Clay McElwain and the late Viola Blake McElwain. He was the husband of Ruby Pierson McElwain, who survives.
He was an area manager for Chrysler Corporation with a Church of Christ faith.
Surviving are his son, Raymond McElwain (Dana); his daughter, Pamela Young (James); his sister, Neltine Burnette; and his five grandchildren, Ashley Young, Chad Young, Travis McElwain, Nathan McElwain, and Jacob McElwain.
He was predeceased by his brother, Gene McElwain, and his sister, Louise Webb.
A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Friday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with Mr. Kenneth Joines officiating. Interment will be in Hortons Chapel Cemetery, Belton.
The family will receive friends after 2 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 14, at Price Funeral Home.
