Vaudene Evetts, 93 of Broken Arrow, Okla. died on Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2020, at Cedar Crest Nursing Home in Broken Arrow.
She was born Sunday, March 28, 1926 in Center Hill, Ala., the daughter of the late Walter Byron Stone and the late Lillian Halcomb Stone. She was the wife of the late Harold Evetts.
She was employed by Dole Valve and was a member of Forrest Park Christian Church.
Surviving are her son, Stan Evetts of Broken Arrow; her brothers, Kenneth Stone of Honolulu and Terrell Stone of Havelock, N.C.; her sisters, Julia Baise of Russellville, Jackie Morgan of Libertyville, Ill. and Brenda Fuller of Munford; three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Sandra Kay Evetts.
A funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Ky. 42256 with Bro. Jeremy Whitney and Bro. Peter Santisteban officiating. Interment will be in Dunmor Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 20, at Price Funeral Home.
