Frank McIntosh, 89, of Russellville, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2020 at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green. He was a Logan County native, born April 3, 1930 to the late Harley McIntosh and Kitty Baldwin McIntosh. He was a long time Logan County farmer, worked for TVA and worked construction all over the United States. He was also a member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Frances Bond McIntosh.
He is survived by his sons, Gary McIntosh and Laura and Lowell McIntosh, all of Russellville; his brothers, Kent McIntosh and Anne of Las Cruces, N.M., Russell McIntosh of Evansville and Joe McIntosh of Texas; his sister, Laurine Mantlo and Johnny of Russellville; his grandchildren, Brandi Counter and Michael of Lebanon, Tenn., Tiffany Frost and Michael of Murfreesboro, Myles McIntosh and Tiffany of Goodlettsville, and Kristal Kenner and Jared of Russellville; his great-grandchildren, Lilli Counter, Asher Frost, Maverick McIntosh, Jaxon Kenner and Karson Kenner; and his special caregiver, Lisa Rigsby of Russellville.
Funeral services for Frank McIntosh will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 31, at Summers and Son Funeral Home with Bro. Calvin Naylor officiating with burial to follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home on Friday will be held from 11 a.m. until the service hour.
Memorial donations may be made to Walnut Grove Baptist Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
