Rita Jo Biggs Mosley, 70, of Russellville, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at her home. She was a Logan County native, born May 29, 1949 to the late Monroe Biggs and Nellie Sanford Biggs. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Lee Mosley, and her son, Christopher Wilder
She is survived by her son, Michael Wilder of Russellville; her daughters, Penny Ashabranner and Jennifer Stratton (Scottie), all of Russellville; her brother, Toby Biggs of Smyrna, Tenn.; her sisters, Kay Johnson and Hal of Suffield, Ohio and Lana Jolly of Russellville; 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Rita Jo Biggs Mosley will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 6, at Summers and Son Funeral Home with Bro. Donnie Blick officiating with burial to follow in Stevenson Chapel Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home on Friday will be held from 11 a.m. until the service hour.
