Michael "Mike" Richard Covington, 57 of Dunmor, Kentucky died on Saturday, October 19, 2013, at Greenview Hospital in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
He was born Wednesday, February 15, 1956 in Bellville, Illinois, the son of the late Melvin Covington, Sr. and the late Margaret Sumner Covington. He was the husband of Ramona Grace Covington of Dunmor, who survives.
He was a former Knitter at the Adairville Hosiery Mill.
He was a member of Dunmor Baptist Church.
Surviving are sons, Michael Scott Covington - (Karen) of Dunmor, KY and Eric Shane Covington - (Tonya Lee) of Lewisburg, KY, daughter, Katina Marie Covington - (Timothy Glenn Henson) of Central City, KY, brothers, David Covington of Lewisburg, KY, Larry Covington of Franklin, KY, Steve Covington of Sharon Grove, KY, Ronnie Covington of Hopkinsville, KY, Kenny Covington of Russellville, KY and Troy Covington of Lewisburg, KY, sisters, Ann Spohn of Adairville, KY, Darlene Goodman of Lewisburg, KY, Debbie Covington of Lewisburg, KY, Jean Roe of Lancaster, CA, Betty Forgy of Lewisburg, KY, Kathy Irvin of Lewisburg, KY and Brenda Shutts of Lewisburg, KY; 7 grand children; 1 great grand child.
A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Wednesday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with the Rev. Jeremy Whitney officiating. Interment will be in McPherson Cemetery, Todd Co., KY.
