Charlie R. Clayton, 60, of Russellville, passed away Sunday, Aug. 23, 2020 at Logan Memorial Hospital. He was born in Bowling Green, on Sept. 25, 1959 to Lee Raymond Clayton and Mary Elizabeth Jackson Clayton.
He was a farmer and is survived by his mother, Mary Clayton of Russellville; his devoted companion, Barbara Barker of Russellville; his son, Christopher Barker of Elkton; his daughters, Johtaya Sydnor of Bowling Green, Alexis Clayton of Russellville and Erin Harris of Cincinnati, Ohio; his brothers, Raymond Clayton, Tommy Clayton and Billy Clayton, all of Russellville and Bobby Clayton of Auburn; his sister, Linda Sydnor of Russellville; and his six grandchildren,
Funeral services for Charlie R. Clayton will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 27, at Summers and Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in Greenwood Cemetery in Russellville. A walk-through visitation at the funeral home will be held Wednesday, Aug. 26, from 4-7 p.m. and Thursday from 8 a.m. until the time of the service.
