Patsy Boisseau, 72, of Olmstead, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2020 at her home. She was a Logan County native, born April 4, 1948 to the late Clarence Whittinghill and Bessie Nickens Whittinghill. She was a member of Olmstead Baptist Church, a homemaker and had retired from Emerson Electric.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Eugene Boisseau; her sons, Russell Eugene Boisseau and wife Christina and Jonathan Ray Boisseau and wife Amber, all of Olmstead; her daughter, Melissa Hopkins of Olmstead; her brothers, James Whittinghill of Lewisburg and Jewel Whittinghill of Cadiz; her sisters, Cindy Sharp of Dickson, Tenn. and Joyce Henderson, Brenda Moseley and Shirley Oberhausen, all of Russellville; and 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Patsy Jo Boisseau will be conducted on Friday, Oct. 30, at 2 p.m. at Summers and Son Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Belcher officiating with burial to follow in Russellville Memorial Gardens. A walk-through visitation will be held Friday from 11 a.m. until the service time of 2 p.m. Please observe CDC guidelines of six feet distancing and wearing of face coverings.
