Charles W. Hildabrand, 63, of Smith Street, Russellville, passed away Monday, Nov. 10, 2014 at the VA Medical Center in Murfreesboro, Tenn. He was born in Louisville on June 19, 1951 to the late George William Hildabrand and Gertrude Belcher. He was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran.
He is survived by his sister ~ Lisa Cropper (Weldon) ~ Auburn; his nephew ~ William Lee Cropper ~ Auburn; and his beloved friends ~ Pege and Tom Noe.
Funeral services for Charles W. Hildabrand will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 12, at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Bro. Arno Kranz officiating and burial in Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be Tuesday, Nov. 11, from 5-8 p.m. and Wednesday after 8 a.m. until the funeral hour of 2 p.m.
Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to the Fisher House in Murfreesboro or The Wounded Warrior Project. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
