Rebecca ‘Becky’ Rose Skipworth, 64, of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Sunday, Nov. 1, 2020, at her home in Lewisburg.
She was born Friday, Jan. 20, 1956 in Russellville, the daughter of the late Jay Mayberry and the late Rosie Smith Robertson. She was the wife of Darrell Skipworth, who survives. She was a homemaker.
In addition to her husband, also surviving are her sons, D.J. Skipworth of Russellville and Michael Skipworth of Missouri; her daughter, Tammy Skipworth of Olmstead; her step-son, Keith Skipworth of Scottsville; her brother, Barkley Mayberry of Springfield; her sister, Mary Ellen Howard of Franklin; 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her brother, Clarence Mayberry, and her sister, Linda Mayberry.
A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at Price Funeral Home, Inc., located at 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg, with Bro. Chris Skipworth officiating. Interment will be in Lewisburg Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from noon until the time of the service on Wednesday, Nov. 4, at Price Funeral Home.
Due to current mandates and to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are currently only able to allow 75 people in the building at one time, not including employees or clergy. It is also required that a mask be worn correctly and at all times while inside the funeral home.
