Elsie Mae Williams duBarry, 86, of Olmstead, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2020, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green.She was born in Louisville on June 23, 1934. Her parents were the late Hubert Silas Williams and Arvie Lee Rager Williams. She retired from Emerson Electric and was a longtime member of Olmstead Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Adrian Owen duBarry.
She is survived by her sons, Mark duBarry and wife Sheryl and Shane duBarry and wife Dawn of Lexington, S.C.; her grandsons, Chris duBarry of Lexington, S.C., Phillip duBarry of Cincinnati, Jon Paul deuBarry of New Hampshire and Stephen duBarry of Olmstead; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Due to the latest governor’s mandate, a private funeral service for Elsie Mae Williams duBarry will be held at Summers and Son Funeral Home with Bro. Jim Duke, Bro. Philip duBarry and Bro. Stephen duBarry officiating with burial to follow in Olmstead Baptist Church Cemetery.
Summers and Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Olmstead Baptist Church Missionary Fund. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
