Danny L. Beaty, 64, of Olmstead, passed away Saturday, Dec. 26, 2020 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville. He was born in Albany on July 9, 1956 to Ray Lawrence Beaty and Flonnie Sheffield Beaty. He was a truck driver and was of the Baptist faith and a past member of the Russellville Rural Fire Department.
He is survived by his mother, Flonnie Beaty of Olmstead; his wife of 47 years, Sandra Lamb Beaty; his sons, Brian Beaty and wife Gretchen of Olmstead and Brandon Beaty and wife Christina of Bowling Green; his sister, Judy Fuller and husband Jimmy Dale of Olmstead; his grandchildren, Daniel Beaty and wife Katie, Taylor Beaty, Austin Beaty and Sierra Beaty; and his great-grandchild, Deacon Beaty.
A graveside service for Danny L. Beaty will be conducted at noon on Wednesday, Dec. 30, at Maple Grove Cemetery with Bro. Daniel Beaty and Bro. Jimmy Dale Fuller officiating. A walk-through visitation will be held Tuesday, Dec. 29, from 5-7 p.m. at Summers and Son Funeral Home. Please observe CDC guidelines of six feet distancing and wearing of face coverings.
Memorial donations may be made to the Russellville Rural Fire Department, 101 Fischer Drive, Russellville, KY 42276. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
