Ann Dawson Sciortino, 94, of Nashville, formerly of Logan County, passed away Saturday, Jan. 9, 2021 at Richland Place Health Center in Nashville. She was a Logan county native, born June 13, 1926 to the late Hugh Dawson and Margaret Hite Dawson. She was a caregiver and a member of Hillsboro Church of Christ in Nashville.
She is survived by her son, David Scioritino and wife Gerry of Nashville; her daughters, Beth Underwood and husband Chris of Schaumburg, Ill. and Debbie Craft of Wood Dale, Ill.; her brother, Michael Dawson and wife Carol of Bakersfield, Calif.; and five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The family would like to express a special thank you to Linda Castleman for her friendship to Ann.
Graveside services for Ann Dawson Sciortino will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 12, in Maple Grove Cemetery with Bro. Chris Underwood officiating. There will be no visitation prior to the graveside service. Please observe CDC guidelines of six feet distancing and wearing of face coverings.
