Jeannine Thornberry, 84, of Lewisburg, passed away on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at her home. She was born in Hanover, Mich. to the late Theron Maples and Nellie Edna Bidlack Maples. She was a homemaker and member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Dean Thornberry, and her daughter, Sylvia Thornberry Clark.
She is survived by her son, Ronald Scott Thornberry of Lewisburg; her daughter, Sherry Thornberry Belcher and husband Richie of Russellville; her brother, Warren Maples of Jackson, Mich.; nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Graveside services for Jeannine Thornberry will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 1, at Elk Lick Cemetery with Bro. Mike Humble officiating. There will be no visitation before the graveside service. Summers and Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
