Edmund Zibart, 91, of Auburn, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 4, 2021 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green. He was born in Louisville, on May 6, 1930 to the late Adolph Zibart and Alice Skrobanek Zibart.
He was a supervisor for Western Kentucky University Facilities Management and was of the Methodist Faith. He graduated from Western Kentucky University, Kentucky Wesleyan College and Emory University.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Delila June Zibart; his sons, Philip Lee Zibart and wife Judy and Robert Edmund Zibart, all of Auburn; his grandchildren, Cody Zibart and wife of Lyndsey of Lexington, Sarah Zibart and husband Patrick Schuman of Ohio, Abby Zibart of New York, and Carson Zibart and wife Cora Lee of Russelllville; and his great-grandchild, Ainsley Zibart.
Edmund Lee Zibart had chosen cremation and the family has chosen not to have any services at this time.
Summers and Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
