Ray Nichols, 78, of Russellville, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, Aug. 18, 2021. He was the son of the late Archie Nichols Sr. and Inez (Terry) Nichols.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his son, Ray Dell Jr.; his sisters, Elizabeth Johnson and Evelyn Nichols; his brothers Charles Nichols, Willie Nichols, Archie Nichols Jr., James Biers, Edward Terry, Gregory Moore, Archie Nichols Jr. and Terry Moore.
He is survived by his wife, Catherine (Taylor) Nichols; his daughters, Eva Thomas (Reggie), Elainna Hudson (Dane) and Tanya Russell; his sons, Christopher Nichols, Travis Nichols (Lacey), Jacqueline Hines, and Bernice Wells; and many grandchildren, many great- and great-great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
