Wanda Embry Grise, 88 of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Thursday, Nov. 4, 2021, in Rockfield.
She was born Sunday, Sept. 17, 1933, the daughter of the late David Embry and the late Flora Embry. She was the wife of the late Drexel Grise.
She was a housewife and a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
Surviving are her son, Greg Grise (Penny) of Lewisburg; her daughter, Melissa Perkins (Les) of Rockfield; her sister, Bonnie Wooldridge of Lewisburg; her grandchildren, Dana Thomas (James) of Lexington, Bradley Dale Grise of Lewisburg, Laura Taylor (Jerrad) of Russellville, Caroline Perkins of Bowling Green, and Rebecca Perkins of Bowling Green; her great-grandchildren, Logan Dale Grise of Tampa, Briley Grise of Franklin, Amelia Thomas of Lexington, Silas Thomas of Lexington, and Kinsley Taylor, Kallie Taylor and Kye Taylor, all of Russellville.
She was predeceased by her brother, Wendell Embry; her sister, Nell Givens; her half-brothers, James Embry and Euckla Embry; and her half-sisters, Freda Stevenson, Minnie McKinney, and Margie Turner.
A funeral service will be at 1 p,m, on Tuesday at Price Funeral Home, Inc., located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Ky. 42256 with Bro. Raleigh Blancett and Bro. Buddy Crabtree officiating. Interment will be in Rock Springs Cemetery, Butler County.
The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday, Nov. 9, at Price Funeral Home.
