William "Junior" Johnson Jr., 82, of Russellville, died on Sunday, Dec. 26, 2021, at the Hospice House of Southern KY in Bowling Green. He was born Friday, Jan. 27, 1939 in Lewisburg, the son of the late Charlie Johnson and the late Hezzie Anderson Johnson. He was the husband of the late Lillie Adler Johnson.
He was a truck driver for Emerson Electric and a member of Baugh Station General Baptist Church.
Surviving are his sons, Eddie Johnson (Amanda), Tracy Johnson of Russellville and Jackie Robertson (Lisa) of Russellville; his daughters, Sharon Baldwin and Vickie Robertson Tuck, both of Russellville, and Tina Robertson Moore of Alvaton; his brother, Bobby Johnson of Russellville; his sister, Betty DeSante of Las Vegas; his grandchildren, David J. Robertson of Harvard, Ill., Trevor L. Tuck of Santa Fe, Tenn., Joey W. Johnson of Franklin, Billy Moore of Fort Hood, Texas, Brad Moore of Alvaton, and Michael Robertson, Thomas Robertson, John D. Robertson, Lori Johnson, Keith Johnson, Billy G. Baldwin and Jackie Johnson Latham, all of Russellville; and 16 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his wife and parents, Junior was preceded in death by sons, Kenneth Wayne Johnson and Stacy Lynn Johnson; his daughter, Sandra Robertson Berman; and his brothers, Gordon Johnson and James Johnson, both of Russellville.
A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg, Ky. 42256 with Bro. David Morgan and Bro. Glen Harper officiating. Interment will be in Lewisburg Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 29, at Price Funeral Home. Visitation will also be held from noonuntil the time of the funeral service on Thursday.
