Rena Gay Davis, 60, of Adairville, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2022 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. She was born in Jackson, Tenn. on Dec. 12, 1961 to Charles Davis and Mary Anne Cawthon Davis. She was a member of the Adairville Baptist Church and had worked as a clerk for the Logan County Clerk’s office.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Anne Davis. She is survived by her father, Charles Davis of Adairville; her son, Matthew Davis of Bowling Green; her brother, Dr. Kevin Davis and wife Cindy of Pleasant View, Tenn.; her sisters, Kim Davis of Bells, Tenn. and Tracey Armistead and husband Joel of Adairville; and her grandsons, Mason Winston Davis, Bryce Lawson Davis, and Case Jackson Davis.
Funeral Services for Rena Gay Davis will be conducted at 3 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 3, at Adairville Baptist Church with Bro. Carl Freudenthal officiating with burial to follow in Adairville’s Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation at Adairville Baptist Church will be held Monday from 11 a.m. until the service hour.
