Julia Miller Young, 82, of Russellville, passed away Thursday, Oct. 20, 2022 at Tristar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Ten She was born in Stearns, Ky. on March 30, 1940 to the late David Miller and Lora Ross Miller. She was a homemaker and member of the United Methodist Temple.
She was preceded in death by her foster parents, Julius Rhea “Duck” Lawrence Jr. and Guyla Carter Lawrence.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Jim Young; her sons, Jim Young IV and wife Kathy and Robert D. Young and wife Catina of Olmstead; her daughter, Mary Ann Pacheco and husband Doug of Columbia, Tenn.; her brother, Stephen Lawrence and wife Bonnie of Adairville; and her six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Private graveside services for Julia Miller Young will be held.
Visitation will be held at Summers and Son Funeral Home on Monday, Oct. 24, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.
Memorial donations may be made to the United Methodist Temple, 395 South Main Street, Russellville, KY 42276. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
