Tony Lee Nash, 75, of Russellville, passed away Sunday, Jan. 8, 2023 at Creekwood Nursing and Rehab. He was a Logan County native, born Dec. 14, 1947 to the late Lloyd Marion Nash and Audrey Nell White Nash. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and member of Epley Baptist Church and had worked as a Med Tech at the Veteran’s Hospital in Nashville. He was an avid golfer and classic car enthusiast.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Addie May Nash, and his brother, Darrell Nash.
He is survived by his sister, Brenda Nash of Russellville and his brothers, Kenny Nash and wife Ronda of Hopkinsville, Danny Nash of Owensboro, and Walter Nash and wife Darlene, Lloyd ‘Butch’ Nash and wife Rita, and Roger Nash and wife Lola, all of Russellville.
Funeral services for Tony Lee Nash will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 11, at Summers and Son Funeral Home with Bro. Wilbur Powell officiating with burial to follow in Jarrett Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be held Tuesday, Jan. 10, from 5-8 p.m. and Wednesday from 8 a.m. until the service hour.
Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 6100 Dutchmans Lane Ste 401, Louisville, KY 40205-3284. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
