Marilyn Elaine Hollenbaugh Saye, of Dunmor, passed away peacefully on Feb. 4, 2023 at Morgantown Care and Rehabiliation surrounded by her loving children singing her favorite songs. Born July 1, 1935 in Warren, Penn., she was the youngest of five children born to Rev. P. Frank and Mary O. (Best) Hollenbaugh.
She is survived by her children, Donna (Cecil) Carnley of Marianna, Fla., Darlene Tatum of Marianna, Fla., Diane (Wendell) Webb of Chipley, Fla., Debbie Barfield of Grandridge, Fla., LynnDee (Wayne) Webb of Chipley, Fla., David (Becky) Saye Jr. of Cedartown, Ga., Rusty (Annie) Saye of Mountain Springs, Texas, and Mike (Elly) Saye of Dunmor; 28 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren; her sister, Deloris Deluca, sister-in-law Betty Hollenbaugh,; and numerous nieces, nephews and loving friends.
She is preceded in death by “Dave,” her beloved husband of 59 years: her parents; her brothers, Charles (Joanne) Hollenbaugh and Frank Hollenbaugh Jr.; her sister Betty (Bob) Stewart; her brother-in-law. Frank DeLuca and her sons-in-law, Ray Tatum and Danny Barfield.
A funeral service will be at Price Funeral Home, Inc., located at 252 E. Green Street, Lewisburg, on Tuesday, Feb. 7, at 2 p.m. with Bro. Raleigh Blancett officiating. Interment will be at Hughes Cemetery in Dunmor.
The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
