Geneva Louise McCune, 85, of Lafayette, Tenn., died Saturday, March 4, 2023 in Red Boiling Springs, Tenn..
She was born Aug. 5, 1937 to Melvin and Eunice Foster of Lewisburg.
She is a member of the Elk Lick Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by both her parents; her brothers, Carlisle, Jack, Rodney, and Tommy; her sisters, Dorothy, Anna Rae, Wanda, and Marilyn; her sons, Ricky and Russell; and her great-granddaughter, Jamie Beth.
She is survived by her daughter, Sheila Poore of Red Boiling Springs; her son, Don LaFrance of New Mexico; her granddaughter, Dora Nichols of Ohio; her grandson, Russell Anderson of Missouri; her great-grandchildren, Shaun and Maddie Anderson, Nikki Harrington, Chris Mickle and wife Haley, and Robert Pebworth; her great-great-grandsons, Xander, Gunner and Hudson; her brothers, Russell Foster and his wife Sharon of Charlestown, Ind., David Foster and his wife Diane of Louisville, and Paul Foster and his wife Sharon of New Albany, Ind.; many nieces and nephews including Andy Foster of Lewisburg; his sister-in-law, Ann Foster of Lewisburg; and lots of special friends at Golden Oaks in Lafayette.
Louise loved sewing and making quilts to give to her family, she loved reading and working jigsaw puzzles, and she loved time with her family.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 10, 2p.m. at Price Funeral Home, Inc., located at 252 E. Green Street, Lewisburg, KY 42256, with Bro. David Morgan officiating. Interment will be at Elk Lick Cemetery in Lewisburg.
The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the time of the service on Friday.
