Leaman Milam Hunt, 85, of Auburn, died on Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2015, at Greenview Hospital in Bowling Green. He was born Thursday, July 25, 1929 in Butler County, the son of the late Crawford Hunt and the late Ester Gibson Hunt. He was the husband of the late Augusta Porter Hunt.
He was a self-employed farmer.
Surviving are his brother, Robert Hunt of Mount Washington, Ky.; his sisters, Anna Jo Peay of Bowling Green, Marlene Arnold and Geneva Love of Evansville, Sue Dickerson of Yankeetown, Ind., Eldona Abbott of Russellville and Rita Lawdon of Boonville, Ind.; and special care givers, Elisa Valjien of Auburn and Sherwin Hunt of Lewisburg.
A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with the Rev. Sam Romines officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Butler County.
The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 22, at Price Funeral Home.
