Wanda Lou Proctor Carnall, 84, of Lewisburg, passed away on Monday, Aug. 14, 2023, at Creekwood Nursing and Rehab in Russellville. She was born Monday, Aug. 15, 1938, the daughter of the late Bill Proctor and the late Nora Dellie Carnall. She was the wife of Melvin Hunter "Buster" Carnall, who survives.
She was a floral designer and was a member of the Northside Church of Christ.
Surviving are her daughters, Elaine Cox of Russellville and Carol Shaw of Hopkinsville; her son, Pete Carnall of Russellville; her brothers, Charlie Proctor and Russell Proctor; her grandson, Kelly Hart; her granddaughters, Stephanie Bravenec, Angela Stokes and Tori Keepers; her great-grandsons, Hunter Hart and Blaez Cripps; and her great-granddaughters, Phoenix Keepers and Peyton Bravenec.
She was predeceased by her son, Robert "Robbie" Carnall, and her half-sister, Linda Proctor.
A graveside service will be at Lewisburg Cemetery at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 17, with Chris Kramer officiating.
