Ann Wood, 75, of Dover, Tenn. passed away on Saturday, Oct.21, 2023, at Henry County Medical Center in Paris, Tenn. She was born Wednesday, March 3, 1948, the daughter of the late Pat Shoemake and the late Annie Lamb Shoemake. She was a factory worker at Vanity Fair and a member of Trinity Fellowship Church.
Surviving are her granddaughters, Amanda (Jason) Bradley of Lewisburg, Brandi (Dustin) Bass of Leesburg, Fla., Amber Parker of Lewisburg, Tabitha (Jamie) Wood of Sharon Grove and Candice Wood of Russellville; her grandsons, Thomas (Briana) Wood and Justin (Bethany) Parker, both of Lewisburg; her sister, Betty Jenkins of Dover; her brother, Jerry Shoemake of Dover; and her daughter-in-law, Debbie Wood Parker of Russellville.
She was predeceased by her beloved son, Tony Wood; her sisters, Lucille Henderson, Jean Belcher and Dottie Haley; and her brothers, Rayburn Shoemake, Pat Shoemake Jr. and Jim Shoemake.
A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 23, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., located at 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg with Bro Dean Lee officiating. Interment will be at Elk Lick Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service on Monday at Price Funeral Home, Inc.
