Penny JeNean Mincy, 47, of Russellville, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 26, 2023, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green. She was born Saturday, April 17, 1976, the daughter of the late Karon Lyons and the late Deanna Powell Lyons. She was the wife of Michael Mincy of Russellville, who survives.
She was a department manager at Wal-Mart and of the Baptist faith.
Also surviving are her daughter, Christina L. O'Neal of Russellville; her son, Jacob D. O'Neal of Piqua, Ohio; her sisters, Karen M. Lyons, Melinda D. Lyons and Amanda J. Lyons, all of Russellville; her granddaughters, Gwendolyn H, O'Neal and Elaina K. O'Neal, both of Ohio; her grandson, Marcus C. O'Neal of Ohio; and five nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be at 1 p,m. on Monday, Oct. 30, at Price Funeral Home, Inc,, located at 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg with Bro. Eddie Fowler officiating. Interment will be in Fitzhugh Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until the time of the service on Monday at Price Funeral Home.
