Kathryn D Jackson, 96, of Dexter, Mo., passed away Monday, Jan. 22, 2024, at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green. She was born July 29, 1927, to the late Bob Dyer and Dora Grindstaff Dyer. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Roy Jackson, six sisters and her brother.
She is survived by her sons, Wendell Jackson (Rita) of Auburn and Jackie D. Jackson of Highland, Ill.; her sisters, Virginia Sprowel of Tompkinsville and Clara Combs of Lexington; her grandchildren, David Jackson (Leslie) of Bowling Green, Wendi Hope (Kevin) of Bowling Green, Jamie Jackson of Highland, Ill. and Lindsay Jackson of Marine, Ill.; her great-grandchildren, Lydia, Layla, Jaxon, Kinley, and Jayda; and several nieces and nephews and cousins.
She was a faithful member of the Dexter Church of Christ.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, Jan. 28, at 1 p.m. at Dexter Cemetery in Missouri.
