Carl Norman Brooks, 73, of Lewisburg, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 28, 2024, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green.He was born Sunday, March 26, 1950, the son of the late William Clifford Brooks and the late Mary Allen Brooks. He was the husband of Regina Brooks, who survives.
He was a butcher at Houchens Industry and attended Epley Baptist Church. He was a Sunday school secretary for 30 years at Epley Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife, he ls survived by his daughter, Heather Brooks of Lewisburg; his son, Robert Brooks of Franklin; his brother, Lloyd Brooks (Sarah) of Russellville; his bonus granddaughter, Madison Stuart (Nicholas) of Lewisburg; his bonus grandsons, Payton Nash and Carter Nash, both of Russellville; his brother-in-law, Anthony Roach of Lewisburg; his sister-in-law, Penny Goodman (Greg) of Lewisburg; his special niece, Aryon Smith (Thomas) of Lewisburg; his great-niece, Kyleigh Smith of Lewisburg; his great-nephew, Ezra Smith of Lewisburg; and several other nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his brothers, William Brooks, Charles Brooks and Glendall Brooks.
A funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 31, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., located at 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg with Bro. Bill Vaught and Bro. Butch Nash officiating. Interment will be at Rose Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 8 a.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday at Price Funeral Home.
There will be another visitation on Tuesday, Jan. 30, at 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
