Bertha Kinser Price, 94, of Auburn, passed away Monday, Feb. 19, 2024 at Auburn Healthcare. She was born on Aug. 22, 1929 in Russellville to the late Deward Kinser and Lottie Bray Kinser. She did upholstery and was a member of Post Oak Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Price, and four brothers and two sisters.
She is survived by her son, Michael Price of Russellville; her daughters, Ruth Duncan of Fordsville, Rosia Price Hurt of Elkton, and Nancy O’Neal and Betty Miller and husband Donald, all of Russellville; her brothers, Garold Kinsey and wife Lucy and Willard Kinser and wife Agnes, all of Russellville; her sisters, Joyce Powell, Mae Locke and Maude Elrod, all of Russellville; and six grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Bertha Kinser Price will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 23, at Summers and Son Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny Fuller officiating with burial to follow in Marshall Cemetery. Visitation on Friday will be held from 11 a.m. until the service hour.
