David Lee Covington, 69, of Lewisburg, died on Sunday, Feb. 1, 2015, at his home.
He was born Monday, Sept. 3, 1945 in Belleville, Ill., the son of the late Melvin Covington Sr. and the late Margaret Sumner Covington.
Surviving are his brothers, Larry Covington of Franklin, Steve Covington of Sharon Grove, Ronnie Covington of Hopkinsville, Kenny Covington of Russellville and Troy Covington of Lewisburg; his sisters, Ann Spohn, Darlene Goodman, Debbie Covington, Betty Forgy and Kathy Irvin, all of Lewisburg, Jean Roe of Lancaster, Cal. and Brenda Shutts of Sharon Grove.
A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg 42256 with Bro. Larry Eaton and Ralph Spohn Jr. officiating. Interment will be in Olive Grove Cemetery, Rosewood.
