Linda Marie Sydnor, 61, of Russellville, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2024 at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green. She was born in Bowling Green on June 20, 1961 to the late Lee Raymond Clayton and Mary Elizabeth Jackson Clayton. She was a homemaker.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Billy Clayton and Charles Clayton.
She is survived by her long-time companion, Terry Wayne Gardner; her sons, James Clayton and wife Brittany of Franklin and Joseph Clayton and wife Jennifer of Russellville; her daughters, Mary Evans and husband Martise and Destiny Sydnor, all of Russellville; her brothers, Bobby Clayton and wife Tracy of Auburn and Raymond Clayton and Tommy Clayton and wife Neil, all of Russellville; his grandchildren, Jeremiah Smith, Marquece Evans, Milck Clayton, Immanuel Clayton, James Clayton, Brianna Clayton, Chrislynn Clayton, Nakya Clayton, KeMya Clayton and Tamia Evans; and his bonus grandchildren ~ Tay Halsell, Kevin Cofer and Taur’Rhea Halsell.
Graveside services for Linda Marie Sydnor will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 7, at Russellville’s Greenwood Cemetery. There will be no visitation prior to the graveside service. Summers and Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
