Roger Dale Jenkins, 72, of Russellville, passed away Saturday, March 16, 2024 at his home. He was born in Russellville on July 7, 1951 to the late Roy Jenkins and Effie Frances Creek Jenkins. He worked in Route Sales for many years for Purity Dairies.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn Irene Armstrong Jenkins, and his son, Rodney Jenkins.
He is survived by his daughters, Angie Armstrong and Michael of Russellville and Tammy Gray and Mike of Lewisburg; his brothers, Glen Jenkins and Elma, Robert Rippy and Donna, Calvin Jenkins and Lora, James Jenkins and Johnny Jenkins, all of Russellville, and Ray Jenkins of Alabama; his sisters, Sharon Deberry of Russellville, Penny Vaughn of Portland and Barbara Jenkins of Russellville; 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Private services for Roger Dale Jenkins will be held at a later date with burial to follow in the Berea Cemetery.
Donations may be made to Summers and Son Funeral Home, who is in charge of the arrangements.
