Goodman, Katharine Marie

Katharine Marie Goodman, 79, of Lewisburg, passed away on Sunday, March 31, 2024, at her residence in Lewisburg. She was born Wednesday, April 5, 1944, the daughter of the late James Gibson and the late Catherine Goodman Gibson. She was the wife of the late Stanley "Pete" Goodman.

She was a bus driver for Logan County Schools and a member of New Hope General Baptist Church.

Surviving are her daughter, Sherry (Bryan) Harris of Lewisburg; her son, Greg (Penny) Goodman of Lewisburg; her sister, Linda Porter of Dunmor; her granddaughter, Marah Harris of Lewisburg; her grandson, Nick (Kat) Goodman of Bowling Green; her great-granddaughter, Novaleigh McCarteny of Bowling Green; and her great-grandson, Lincoln Reid Goodman of Bowling Green.

She was predeceased by her sisters, Carolyn Sue Hudnall and Brenda Porter.

A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 4, at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg, with Bro. Randy Beasley officiating. Interment will be in Rock Springs Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 3, at Price Funeral Home.There will be another visitation at 10 a.m. until the time of service on Thursday at the funeral home.
