Virginia Walker, 75, of Hopkinsville, passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at her residence. She was born Friday, Feb. 4, 1949, the daughter of the late Alexander Holden and the late Zelma Keith Holden.
She was a nurses’ aide at City-County Hospital of Bowling Green.
Surviving are her daughter, Linda McDaniel of Beaver Dam; her son, Jason Lee Hyetland of Alabama; her sisters, Ethel Doss of Lewisburg, Mary Lou Dowd of Russellville, Betty Cisney of Tampa, Fla., Ruby Cole of Elkton and Mary Nash of Louisville; her brother, Vernon Odell Williams of Cave City; her granddaughters, Maranda McDaniel of Owensboro and Tiffany McDaniel of Fulton; her grandsons, Colby McDaniel of Owensboro, Tyler McDaniel of Owensboro, Justin Crabtree of Beaver Dam, Blaine Worth of Evansville, and Christian Runyon and Toby Runyon, both of Murray; and her great-granddaughter, Autumn Jackson of Morgantown.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Rhonda Gayle Runyon; her brother, Brodie Holden; her sisters, Freddie Mae Wooldridge and Mary Katherine Holden; and her grandson, James Runyon.
A memorial service will be at Price Funeral Home, Inc. on Monday, July 29, at 2 p.m., located at 252 East Green Street, Lewisburg, with Clifford Scarbrough officiating.
