Joe Ryan, 73, of Russellville, passed away Monday, Aug. 26, 2024 at his home. He was born in Russellville on Aug. 9, 1951 to the late Mebane Kees “Pete” Ryan and Mayme Barbre Ryan. He worked for various companies as an agriculture lender and enjoyed farming. He was a member of the Crittenden Drive Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Darlene Ryan; his sons, John Ryan of Philadelphia and Josh Ryan and wife Jen of Jacksonville; and his grandsons, Drew Ryan, Matt Ryan and Boyd Ryan.
Funeral Services for Joe Ryan will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Aug 31, at Summers and Son Funeral Home with Courtney Coker and Richard Holloman officiating with burial to follow in the Auburn Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home on Saturday will be held from 10 a.m. until the service hour.
