Morgan, Marian Rebecca

Marian Rebecca Stratton Morgan, 83, of Lewisburg, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 8, 2024, at Greenview Hospital in Bowling Green. She was born Sunday, March 16, 1941, the daughter of the late Euva Stratton and the late Delia Pidcock Stratton. She was a factory worker and a member of Baugh Station General Baptist Church.

Surviving are her sons, Tony Morgan of Lewisburg  and Lonnie Ray of Huntley, Ill; her daughter, Cynthia Bassan of Roselle, Ill.; her  brother, Lealand Stratton of Lewisburg; her sisters, Frances Tangerman and Betty Beann, both of Dayton, Ohio, and Nancy Harris and Rachel Whitescarver, both of Lewisburg; her grandsons, Joshua Morgan, Justin Morgan and Austin Bassan; her granddaughter, Samantha Morgan; and her 10 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 11, at Lewisburg Cemetery, located on Deerlick Road, Lewisburg, KY 42256. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at Price Funeral Home, Inc., located at 252 E. Green Street, Lewisburg.
