Mary Ruth Drake McIntosh, 70 of Lewisburg, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2024, at her home in Lewisburg. She was born Sunday, April 25, 1954, the daughter of the late Mack Drake and the late Marie Drake. She was the wife of John McIntosh of Lewisburg, who survives.
Ruth worked for many years at Red Kap in Lewisburg. After its closing, she worked as a dental assistant for Dr. Michael Koller, also in Lewisburg. Ruth was also a member of Elk Lick Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband, Ruth is survived by her daughters, Kathy (Jason) Farmer of Hopkinsville and Cynthia Brooks of Elkton; her brother, Mack (Tonya) Drake of Park City; her granddaughter, Rebecca Morrow of Hopkinsville; her grandsons, Ethan Howard of Elkton, Justin Moore of Elkton, Peyton Farmer of Greenville and Dalton Farmer of Hopkinsville; her great=granddaughter, Bayleigh Farmer of Clinton; her great=grandsons, Waylon Farmer of Greenville, Levi Farmer of Greenville and Elliot Giddens of Hopkinsville; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 11, at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg;with Bro. Chris Odle officiating. Interment will be in Antioch Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the time of the service on Thursday at Price Funeral Home, Inc.
Pallbearers will be Ethan Howard, Justin Moore, Peyton Farmer, Dalton Farmer, Cade Giddens, and Jason Farmer.
