Philip Coleman Chaudoin, 88, of Olmstead, passed away Sunday, Nov. 17, 2024 at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green. He was born in Louisville on Jan. 10, 1936 to the late Robert Guthrie Chaudoin and Alma Thomas Chaudoin. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and worked for the telephone company. He was a member of First Baptist Church and member of the Baptist Builders.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Ellen Berry Chaudoin.
He is survived by his son, Robert Coleman Chaudoin and wife Vicki of Bowling Green; his daughters, Sheryl duBarry and husband Mark and Jackie Wedeking and husband David, all of Olmstead; his grandchildren, Philip duBarry and wife Karen of Cincinnati, Stephen duBarry and wife Natalie of Olmstead, Cole Chaudoin of Louisville, and Kate Groneck and husband Tyler of Bowling Green; and his10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Philip Coleman Chaudoin will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 23, at Summers and Son Funeral Home with Bro. Joe Ball officiating with burial to follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be held Friday, Nov. 22, from 4-7 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. until the service time.
