Clarence Henry "Hank" Eggers Jr., 83, of Lewisburg, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 5, 2025, at his residence. He was born Friday, Aug. 1, 1941, the son of the late Clarence Eggers Sr. and the late Melba Humphrey Eggers. He was the husband of the late Jo Nelle Eggers.
Hank was a member of Baugh Station General Baptist Church. He also attended Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. Hank honorably served his county during the Vietnam War in the Army.
Surviving are his daughters, Judi (Jon) Blair of Nashville, Sherry Potts of Clarksville, and Rosemary (Bruce) Albert of Madison, Ala.; his brother, Jerry (Norma) Eggers of Martin, Tenn.; his sister, Linda (Richard) Richnospk of Wyoming, Minn.; his special-niece, Vicki Ramsey of Woodlawn, Tenn.; and his eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his sons, James Ashby and Johnny Eggers; his daughter, Shirley Woodward; his sister, Bonnie Sorrick; his grandsons, Jeffery Woodward and Mikey Bryant; and his granddaughter, Ronda Bryant.
A funeral service will be at noon on Monday, Jan. 13, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., located at 252 E. Green Street, Lewisburg, Ky. with Bro. Tim Nugent officiating. Interment will be in Lewisburg Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the time of the service on Monday at Price Funeral Home, Inc.
