Jimmy Leroy Henderson, 77. of Lewisburg, passed away on Saturday, Jan/ 18, 2025, at his home. He was born Saturday, June 21, 1947, the son of the late Robert Henderson and the late Olene Baugh Henderson. He was the husband of Lynda Henderson, who survives.
He was a truck driver for Poole's Trucking for many years.
Jimmy honorably served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War.
Additional to his wife, surviving are his sons, Keith Henderson of Louisville and Bradley (JJ) Henderson of Lewisburg; his daughter, Theresa Holmes of Louisville; his sister, Doris (Dwight) Tyree of Morgantown; his brother-in-law, Glendal Rager of Shepherdsville; and his two grandchildren, two nieces and one nephew.
He was predeceased by his sisters, Glendora Rager and Janice Stevens.
A graveside service will be at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 25, at Wiley's Chapel Cemetery located at 6574 Deer Lick Road, Lewisburg with Bro. Willard Slaughter officiating.
There will be a visitation on Saturday, Jan. 25, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., located at 252 East Green St. Lewisburg, from 10 am until noon.
