Elvin Lee Holland, 66, of Rushmill Road, Russellville, passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at the Hospice House in Bowling Green. He was a Logan County native, born Dec. 12, 1948 to the late Orby Lee Holland and Mary Lucille Baldwin Holland. He was a railroad employee with CSX Transportation and was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Lillian Thomas Holland; his sons ~ Corey Lee Holland ~ Bowling Green and Roger Derek Holland ~ Russellville; his sister ~ Phyllis Holland Shifflett ~ Russellville; his grandchildren ~ Kyle Holland, Seth Holland, Layne Holland and Lucas Holland.
Graveside services for Elvin Lee Holland will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 15, 2015 at Gants Cemetery with Daniel Beaty, Bill Chapman and Monte Shifflett officiating.
There will be no public visitation.
Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
