Ruthel Robbins, 95, of Lewisburg, passed away on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at Creekwood Nursing and Rehab in Russellville. She was born Monday, Feb. 3, 1930, the daughter of the late Horace Tatum and the late Inez Hester Wheeler Tatum. She was the wife of Herman Robbins of Lewisburg, who survives.
She was a homemaker and a member of Tabernacle Independent Missionary Baptist Church in Lewisburg.
Also surviving are her daughter-in-law, Jan Robbins of Russellville; her son-in-law, Barry Grise of Lewisburg; her sisters, Betty Webb of Guthrie, Josephine Sowell of Oklahoma, Virginia Carroll Bush of Clarksville, and Mary Latham of Georgia; her granddaughters, Kim (Derek) Depp of Bowling Green, Megan (Jamie) Head of Lewisburg and Jamie Robbins of Russellville; her grandson, Bradley (Jenny) Grise of Bowling Green; and her great-grandchildren, Kylah Depp of Bowling Green, Dayton Depp of Bowling Green, Kamdyn Depp of Bowling Green, Tatum Grise of Bowling Green, Lilah Head of Lewisburg and Sophia Rosser of Lewisburg.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sherry Grise; her son, Tom Robbins; and five sisters and four brothers.
A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 9, 2025 at Lewisburg Cemetery located on Deerlick Road, Lewisburg with Bro. Stony Hildabrand officiating.
Pallbearers will be Bradley Grise, Dayton Depp, Tatum Grise, Derek Depp, Jamie Head, and Wesley Wood.
