Vera Jean Hughes, 80, of Russellville, passed away Monday, March 17, 2025, at The Medical Center of Russellville. She was born in Spartanburg, S. C. to the late Willie Neal Daniels and Rachael Laughter Daniels. She was of the Christian faith and loved her church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Henry Hughes, and her son, Timothy Todd Heatherly.
She is survived by her sons, Scott Heatherly of Dover, Tenn., and Jeff Heatherly and wife Melissa of Adams, Tenn.; and her three grandchildren and one great-grandchild/
The family of Vera Jean Hughes has chosen cremation and there will be no services at this time.
Summers and Son Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
