Annie Holman Nash, 96, of Russellville, passed away Monday, May 19, 2025 at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green. She was born in Russellville on Jan. 27, 1929 to the late Wallace Holman and Violetta Gass Holman. She was a lifelong member of Center Baptist Church and member of the W.M.U.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Boyd Elmer Nash, and her son, Boyd Elmer “Elmo” Nash Jr., and several brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her daughters, Valerie Wood and Nancy Costello and husband Billy, all of Russellville; and her five grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Annie Holman Nash will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 24, at Summers and Son Funeral Home with Mark Wood, George Cole and Bro. Donnie White officiating with burial to follow in Russellville Memorial Gardens. Visitation at the funeral home on Saturday will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the service hour.
