Chris Dynell Barker, 48, of Russellville, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 17, 2025, in an auto accident. He was Born in Simpson County on Dec. 22, 1976, to Roger Sydnor and Barbara Barker, who survive.
He is also survived by his children. Krisiana Barker of Russellville, Kristopher Barker of Russellville, and Zaylon Barker of Rockfield; his siblings, Latonya Sydner, Kendall Posey, Marcus Sydnor, and Alexis Clayton; and the motherx of his children, Ashley Richardson and Katie Edge.
He is preceded in death by his stepdad, Charles Clayton; his grandparents, Twillie Barker and Eunice Barker, Van Sydnor and Marjorie Sydnor along with many cousins and friends.
Chris loved his family and all things outdoors. He worked in the metal department at H & H Sheetmetal.
Visitation will be Saturday, Aug. 23, 2025 11 a.m. to noon in the Chapel of Kirby Funeral Services Russellville with Mo Beard officiating services at 12 noon with burial to follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
