Nannie Kathryn Rager, 93, of West 9th Street, Russellville, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2015 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green. She was a Logan County native. born on May 26, 1921 to the late Lonzo Bud Allen and Nannie Elizabeth Rigsby Allen. She was a cook and deputy with the Logan County Jail and member of the Cornerstone Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons ~ Don Williams ~ Epley Station and Terry McCraw ~ Georgia; her brother ~ Woodrow Allen ~ Russellville; and her very dear friend ~ Herman Brooks ~ Russellville.
Funeral Services for Nannie Kathryn Rager will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22, at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Reed officiating with burial in Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home on Wednesday will begin at 11 a.m. and last until the service hour of 1 p.m.
Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to the Cornerstone Baptist Church General Fund. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
