Sandra Kaye Hibbs, known as Sandy Kaye, Mama, and Grandmother to her loved ones, of Russellville, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 13, 2925 at Elkton Nursing and Rehab in Elkton. She was born in Lewisburg, on June 17, 1945 to the late William “Billy” Adler and Loleta Shemwell Adler.

Sandra lived 80 years full of laughter, energy, and boldness. Sandra was first and foremost a loving mother and grandmother. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James “Sonny” Hibbs; her daughter, Tammy Steele; her grandson, Eli Jessup; and her granddaughter, Mary Elizabeth Jessup.

She is survived by her daughters, Teresa Jessup and husband Glenn and Penny Mullins, all of Russellville; her son, Tony O’Neal and wife DeeDee of Hickman, Tenn.; her brothers, Bert Adler and wife Sandra of Russellville and Ranny Adler of Lewisburg; her grandchildren, Anthony Jessup and wife Natalie, Nicki Brown and husband Corey, Cregan Mullins and wife Conner, Katie Coleman and husband Tyler, and Marissa Mullins; and her nine great-grandchildren.
